Can I drop off my blinds for Cleaning?
Yes! We welcome drop offs anytime at our door. The area is safe and secure and out of the weather and ready for you to leave your blinds anytime without an appointment. Please ensure you have left your blinds with your information including your phone number. There are waivers ready to be signed and left with your blinds. Just leave your blinds on the table and we will contact you as soon as your blinds are ready for pick up.
How long will you have my blinds?
For Dropoff service the turnaround is usually 2-3 Business Days. For full service appointments we have your blinds overnight unless special arrangements are made. Having your blinds thoroughly dry while hanging in our shop overnight decreases the risks of damage due to handling and moving wet blinds.
Will you come to my house for less than 7 blinds?
Yes we will offer full service take down/rehang of your blinds but we do have a minimum fee of $200 for us to be onsite. If you're able to drop off your blinds to us there is no minimum cleaning amount.
Can you clean every kind of blind?
Yes! we offer different techniques to accommodate a variety of shades. Including Real Wood which we clean by hand with wood conditioner and help keep the slats looking new.
Can my blinds break during the cleaning process?
We take every precaution to ensure your blinds will not be damaged or break during the cleaning process, unfortunately due to age, sun exposure or previous cleaning attempts with chemicals sometimes damage will occur. This is rare, but is something to consider when deciding to have your blinds professionally clean. We always try to discuss any concerns we may have with your blinds prior to cleaning if we feel they may not be a good candidate for ultrasonic cleaning.

If I change my mind after I place my order can I cancel?
Custom blinds are final sale. Once you have ordered and paid your deposit we are not able to cancel. We take our time to discuss your options and help guide you through the decision to purchase new blinds. Ultimately we want you to love your blinds and be happy with your investment.
Will my blackout shades fully darken the room?
Inside mounted blackout shades will always create a 'halo effect' due to the cutbacks of the blind. If light sensitivity is an issue for you we can offer blackout shades with side panels which will block that light escape. Additionally some people will choose to outside mount the shades past the window.

Being a small business we try to be as competitive as possible with the larger chains and discount stores. We are always willing to look and see if we can match any of our competitors prices, as long as it is for similar quality. When you purchase from us you get the peace of mind of knowing your job is a priority to us. We don't send installers to your home, we install all the blinds ourselves.
